firstly thank you all for voting - dfp was the only person who didn't get a vote in, which is totally understandable as he doesn't play that often and i'm sure isn't that interested in playing at tournaments anyway.

i think the system worked really well as there really isn't that much i'd disagree with right now. there are loads of players who have a (re)fresh(ed) interest in polo (sam, dan pistaboy, george etc) who could really move up the seedings higher if they want to, but right now, this is pretty representative of not only general ability but also attendance and polo obsession...
because of the imminence of this summer's tournaments i think we should use this list to decide who gets dibs on going to the 1-team tournaments (geneva, cambridge) and also who plays in the 2-team tournaments (london open + the other tournaments that mcr et al are talking about right now).
as we discussed tonight, people who want to go to geneva need to find out a) if they can afford it and b) if they can get time off work/college ASAP as things are going to need to be booked soon.
