Looked at it today, and the hub says June 1982. Seems bang on to me. Standover height is same as a 700c bike with 20" frame. Crank to saddle is similar to a 21" frame, or a 22" when i fit a sprung saddle. With seatpin as in photo, its same as a 23" frame.
so basically it will comfortably fit anyone between 5'6" and 6'.
Hurry up and dibs it, cos if i refurb it first, Imight keep it!
