everyone here should read them as there is actually a lot to do when the accident happens
they also help you be much more useful if you witness an accident as well
heal up fast and sue the fuck out of the driver
There is no need to sue the driver as you can make a claim against their insurance for any damage to bike, equipment, and yourself.
I'm assuming if you were unable to move around then an ambulance took you to hospital, in which case they should have contacted the police if the driver hadn't already. I believe you are supposed to inform the police whenever a collision occurs (may be wrong though).
Take photos of bruises etc. tomorrow, or whenever they come up so you have evidence of injuries etc. Go to your doctor so there is a permanent record of these injuries (as well as a professional opinion of the severity). Get the bike checked over by a bike shop, and get a quote for repairs. If you tell them it's for an insurance claim they should type it up on headed paper (may charge for this service but you can claim that back as well) so you can forward a copy to the insurance company. Keep a record of all expenses incurred due to not being able to use your bike (reciepts for taxis/bus tickets etc.) as you can claim for those too.
More importantly, get well soon! I'm sorry to tell you this but it'll probably hurt more tomorrow when the adrenaline has worn off :(
