I used to regularly clear fishing lines from the cycle path I rode from home to college on a regular basis. The lit, tarmac'd and marked path followed a main road, and then took a cut through some woodland. I got taken off twice in the same spot by fishing line in the same place. I simply resorted to slowing right down through that section. It's annoying and dangerous.
