No ways am im doing sprints at 6 in the morning. I may even be hungover. I think the tescos idea is a good one for me. Sorry Fred :-( Ill leave earlier but much much slower

I'm going via the foot tunnel so we can experience it in it's victorian splendour before they put LCD advertising boards up and completely destroy it's soul finish the refurb. this means leaving earlier and riding more slowly.

I'll happily lead a group from brick lane, get there for 0520 for a prompt depart 0530 if you wanna come along.
