I'm gonna dredge this one...
A red capo out and about. Also keep seeing a rather nice red Gazelle track bike. Red obviously goes faster.

Could it have been my bike Cedric?
I got back from a week away to find out my bike had been on a bit of an adventure without me....

I don't think it was, I would have recognised it. Did your bike survive?
-
• #235
Yeah, Josh tried to ride it pissed without SPD's and got scared apparently. Then it ended up at another mate's house. It had fun...

I often see him in a morning...he never smiles...

Spotted - The most bodged ss I've ever seen outside Cockcroft (Brighton Uni). Gold spray painted parts, slack chain and weird mismatched parts. It looked like an old mtb frame, very odd and couldn't have been a nice ride!!

Seen them at Brighton station, I think at least one is a Nag, they look eye-wateringly expensive, and super shiny.
Spotted...about 10 fixed and SS riders on sunday during marathon. One on a Create (I think) with red hubs who shouted 'Gutted!' to me while I was fixing a puncture, bastard!

guy with the red capo is bizarrely not a student if it is who i think it is, he's an automotive photographer...was gonna buy new bars off me in evans then discovered he wouldnt be able to fit his brake lever on them, i pointed out this isnt an issue and his lady friend got a bit cross

Jackbepablo - do you ride a red Felt? I think you've sold me stuff from Evans before, but for my touring bike.
-
• #246
noo, i do often get confused with mike who also works at evans, he has a tk3 (black and red) and i have an se lager (black and red). though im usually to be seen riding a cream and purple conversion, when i havent wasted my money on a shite charge hub with alloy wheelnuts....

Cool so do we actually have members in all Brighton cycle shops?
Shall we start a list? That would probably annoy them after a while...Evans: Jackbepablo
BackerSt: ? Guy with surly-T and guy with dreads, are they on here?

Ideal standard i ride the felt and work at evans. Although as jack says we are often confused. One of the capo riders at least is certainly a student, hes a friend and the only capo iv seen here. I also ride the full chrome fixed and the bright pink bike too.
