Hello All,
Right, my first proper post, most of my others had been within the stolen bike thread :(
But as you may have already read http://www.lfgss.com/post1319164-3629.html , my Langster Monaco got lifted off an extremely high balcony the other week, and has just been replaced with the new Genesis Flyer, which i'm starting to like an awful lot! It's a bit heavier than my langster, the alloy fork over the carbon fork is probably the cause of that, I doubt the comedy bike horn my little brother bought me (so feel obliged to attach) doesn't help too much eather!
Swapped the horrible standard pedals for some MKS platforms like i used to have, and love, but havent got toe straps on them yet, will leave it a bit and see how it goes without for a week or to as its single speed, not fixed. Saddle's good but not great, but off the shelf saddles never are are they! and i'm a little bit peeved that the rear brake cable is attached using cheap black plasti-ties down the top tube, rather than the nice chrome ones pictured, but hey ho!
The new addition to the balcony is a mini faghetaboutit, and an extra chain! Theiving Scum!
The problem I face, bike easily visible from road / park / canary wharf!
