Have a similar De Vos I bought from Hilary a while back- lovely frame- had some brazes added by Barry Witcomb- who raved about the quality of the frame build- made for a sturdy and lovely tourer.

PARAGON ROAD FRAME 1950s
Seat Tube (ctt): 53cm (21in)
Top Tube (ctc): 56.5cm (22.25in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27s or Sprints/700C (brake drop 62mm)
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Paragon frames were made by Andy Bone in Nottingham from the 1930 just into the 1960s and were very highly thought of in their locality. This frame which I think dates from the late 1950s has been nicely refinished with the correct downtube decals. Its in very good/excellent condition with no dents or pitting visible. It would make a very straightforward conversion. £95
RALEIGH CLUBMAN ROAD FRAME 1983
Seat Tube (ctt): 60cm (23.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 57cm (22.5in)
Rear dropout width: 124mm
Wheel size: 27s or 700C (58mm brake drop)
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted main tubes
This Raleigh Clubman road frame was built in 1983 and was designed as the name suggests as a multi-purpose frame - as such it will make a very good commuter bike with room for mudgards with 700C wheels. And could easily be run as a fixed or singlespeed. £85
VENOM ROAD FRAME c1994 Reynolds 531C
Seat Tube (ctt): 57cm (22.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 58cm (23in)
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Brake drop with 700C wheels: 45mm
This is a nicely made road frame from the first half of the 1990s built from Reynolds 531C tubing. The paint is a bit scruffy but built up a lot of the smaller marks won’t be obvious. And with longish horizontal dropouts would make a really easy conversion to singlespeed or fixed. £75
RORY O’BRIEN ROAD FRAME 1950s
Seat Tube (ctt): 60cm (23.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 58cm (23in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27s or Sprints/700C (brake drop 62mm)
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
This frame was probably built for Rory O’Brien’s shop in Romford by Wally Green. It has its original decals in very good (though not perfect) condition and will make an excellent retro bike with a lovely period look. The down tube decals are just so cool... With horizontal dropouts and 120mm wide OLD rear it is perfect for fixed/singlespeed. £95 SOLD
DENTON (MERCIAN) ROAD FRAME c1980
Seat Tube (ctt): 57cm (22.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 56.5cm (22.25in)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 42mm)
Bottom bracket threads: English
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Dentons are a Newcastle bike shop - I was told that this frame was built by Mercian for them. It is is certainly a very nicely made road frame with quite tight clearances. The paintwork is in generally excellent condition with only a relatively small number of marks none of which are at all obtrusive. An excellent frame for singlespeed or fixed conversion. £125 SOLD
DE VOS ROAD FRAME New and Unused 1970s/80s
Seat Tube (ctc): 20in (51cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 21.4in (54.5cm)
Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 55mm)
Bottom bracket threads: English
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
De Vos was a small Belgian bike bike shop that commisioned frames from a local builder. This is brand new and never been painted new old stock road frame built in Belgium almost certainly from Reynolds 531 tubing and with clearances for guards - taking the deeper drop Shimano dual pivot brakes. I can get it powder coated or painted at cost price here in Bristol; its an excellent chance to get a frame painted to your colours and I have the correct De Vos decals. I can prep the frame or fit a headset or BB at a reasonable cost. Its ideal for singlespeed or fixed wheel use. £69 SOLD
DAWES JAGUAR ROAD FRAME 25in
Seat Tube (ctt): 64cm (25in)
Top Tube (ctc): 57.5cm (22.75in)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: 700C (brake drop 50mm)
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531
This frame is in nice original condition and is built with Reynolds 531 butted main tubes. It will make an excellent and easy conversion or used a road bike with gears. £59 SOLD
CBT ITALIA ROAD FRAME c1994
Seat Tube (ctc): 49cm
Top Tube (ctc): 51cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 45mm
This is a rather unusual CBT Italia frame which uses a very distinctive fluted tubing. It is in excellent condition with almost unmarked paintwork and the long horizontal dropouts mean that it will make an easy conversion to singlespeed or fixed. £165
CLAUD BUTLER COUREUR ROAD FRAME 1960s
Seat Tube (ctt): 57cm (22.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 56.5cm (22.25in)
Rear dropout width: 118mm
Wheel size: 27s or Sprints/700C (brake drop 62mm)
Seatpost size: 26.4mm
This Holdsworth made Claud Butler road frame from the 1960s has very nice original paint – its certainly not perfect but very useable. These frames though built to a budget do ride rather nicely. It will make an excellent budget conversion to fixed or singlespeed. £49 SOLD
WOODRUP ROAD FRAME late 1960s/early 1970s all chrome
Seat Tube (ctt) : 57cm (22.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 57cm (22.5in)
Rear dropout width: 122mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 55mm)
Bottom bracket threads: Britiah
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Woodrup road frames are really rather nice quality. This fully chromed frame is really rather rare - the chrome is in generally excellent condition and the frame has just one small dent visible in the photos on the down tube behind the head lug from a brake having come round and hit it. All chrome frames are very expensive because all the tubes have to have extensive polishing before the plating. This is really a very spectacular looking frame. £225 SOLD
