I don't know who it is or where it is, but there's nothing at all wrong with photographs from a public highway being taken and put on the internet.
However, the person in question if identified has the right to request removal.
So whilst it was reported as being a privacy intrusion, I'm unconvinced... what can be seen from a public highway is not, and was never, private.
