ad - would be interested in a full bike - all the bits you need except the band on for index shifters?
, vuleta 700c airlite semi deep wheels with 7 speed cassette and shimano (probably exage) indexed shifters, diacompe levers (just like the shimano areo levers,) stronlight triple c. 50/40/30, deore XT rear mech. - all comes on wht i bought as a 501 frame (56cm crank to top and 56cm on the top tube) - i suspect actually the frame is mid level oria tubing - around the 501 mark cro-mo but Italian - used on the off-the-peg mosers and the like
largest cog on rear is only 24 but i could fit the deore lx crankset seen above 42/32/22 - if you're not getting up to very high top speeds and your mrs. is not enthusiastic on any climbs (like mine) then this is the option to go for.
it has no mudguard holes but this will take mudguards (i might be able to supply an old pair to fit ) with 700x 23 tyres and will take probably take 700x28 without guards - or with bikini guards -
brakes are sacci branded double fulcrum alloy cantilevers - probably made by tektro at a guess - exage / sora sort of level.
i'm keeping the saddle on this though - i'll find something else to put on it.
i'd want 75 plus whatever it costs to post (or pick up? ). - what do you reckon
