Go to a local branch of Hein Gericke, the motorcycle accessory shop. They stock a selection of wall and ground anchors that are substantial enough for motorcycles so they'll be strong enough for bicycles.
Oxford Products and Abus make them for example.

Parkers are well cheap at the moment they have ground anchors.
Don't forget to use expansion bolts. -

Yeah the Abus look good and have passed all sorts of tests.

I've had the Abus WA-50 (RRP £35, I think) for a while. Fixing it to a brick wall is straightforward, and it seems pretty secure.

I have a spare, unfitted Abus WBA100. You can have it for £50 if you can collect from central London.

Mattty - £48 on amazon.
The Torq anchors look good. The almax is probably to expensive for the customer.
Thanks for all the advise.
I need to fit a wall anchor or something solid for a customer so he can lock his bike outside his house.
I guess this would be the best way with a New York Fahgettaboudit lock.
Any recommendations or ideas.
Thanks..
