Ok guys, Friday is upon us again, the weather's looking good, and the roads should be clear... All invited. Get in for some tarmac abuse! Aha, d'oh! Am working. Well I am gonna hit it Saturday night if anyone is in! Spoke to Charlie, he is up for it. Just see if Tom and Gav are in... Then we can get the regulars on it too if possible. Gav has a lock up in Yarko, so blast out for a cuppa finest pg, then back towards a pub en route!

Was quite up for the Friday idea with the tea and the sea. Still in for that if others are. If not, riding to the coast on Saturday morning - quick dip, some chips and train back - anyone welcome. Also, up for a Saturday night spin.

Saturday will be a slower-pace as I'm going with a mate who doesn't cycle loads. Nice chilled ride in the sun.

I should be up for a spin Friday night, depends what time we leave though as I'll have all my stuff from work with me and will have to cycle back to Dereham afterwards.
