It was good also to meet some really nice people, espacially some local to me in Stratford and Leytonstone. Team Raleigh, hope you made it home OK.

After my second puncture I knew i was spent!
Went to Decathlon for new tyre and tubes, then to shop 14 for a new rando, bumped into D and J then on to london fields, finally caught up for a beer. All Ok.

Smashing day to be fair, lovely ride in the sun, good people.
