Most threadless bottom brackets need tightening up every now and then (the YST one is apparently rather bad at staying tight). The Velo Orange Grand Cru is good because you can tighten it with a lockring spanner - this means you don't need to remove your cranks every time it needs tightening, so you save from buggering up the square-taper holes from repeated removing and reinstalling of your cranks.
