I was told there are fairly strict new rules that they are sticking too at the moment (probably cause they are new)
They told me if I want a track bike that they would have to fit a brake, so if the forks are already drilled, no worries, if they are not, they will drill them or switch them for a drilled one.
Provided you buy a suitable bike, then adding:
Shoes, pedals, clothes, helmets, locks = All good
Upgrades, spares, training equipment = No no
