oh I know! I saw something like 3 fixed gear bicycle and managed to meet a bloke who ride fixed wheel bicycle (he got a gorgeous green/yellow Cinelli low-pro), gave him some advice on BB as his were worn out.
to be honest, I'm not surprised by the lack of fixed wheel bicycle, it's the last bike you'd want to ride around Amsterdam!
