57c-c Stan Butler Allin frame & fork

The frame is stamped number 2168, this indicates that it would have been built from around 1973-1980. Original chrome forks, built for 27” wheels (but runs with 700c without a long-drop), Campagnolo dropouts; all chrome in good condition with no pitting.
Sadly the frame is crash damaged. It has a large dent in the top tube which has pushed it slightly out of line. (I have tried to show this as best I can but you are welcome to come to view).I have ridden this for almost a year post crash with no further movement, flex or noticeable change in performance. That said, I cannot guarantee the structural integrity of the frame. I would love to see this frame fully restored, however I don’t have the time or the cash. Otherwise I’ll send it to the dogs as a beater.
