• I might be too stubborn here man,but i disagree on that. That shit comes from these guys, in Switzerland I think, that are proud to "save" old racing classics and give them a "hip fixie" look.... on my book that equals to 1st degree murder. That simple.
They're called - Cro-Mo -, have the tackiest logo ever, done on Microsoft Word, the color-scheme reminds me of some shity low-end bike (albeit the quality of the finish...it's ugly)... and above all this, that is still a SOMEC...(again, too sensitive on that point).
It's wrong, they could have done on a Bianchi Pista and it was fine... not on that.

Okay, so I've done my homework on SOMEC and I'll admit I had underestimated their quality/exclisivity but I still think that they have done a really nice paint job on that frame. While it's not to everyones taste, I think it's a bit unfair to compre it to foffa. I know the name/logo is a bit wanky and If it was me I would concider it a bit off to put my own name all over a frame built to that standard if I had only painted it but I don't see why someone who is producing a decent quality paint job like that should have to do it on a Bianchi Pista. Personaly I don't think its anti and to say it's a crime when you don't know what state it was in in the fist place is a bit much (i couldn't find any pics of it before the paint i might be wrong but I can't belive they would do that to a mint example).
