Coppi: Well have to meet a bit earlier to make it for 6.30. Don't worry about the pace, I think I over-cooked the gas on last years ride to the ride :(, and picked the most ridiculous hill to take us up to the top of the heath :( I'll try and do both again! :)
The problem with starting too early is the roads aren't closed quickly enough.
They do it kinda slow and its 8.00 by the time they have started doing canary warf - as we found out last year. I would think 6.45 as planned will be better for getting round. All the stupid thing start towards the end of the race, so no matter what time we start we aren't going to be able to get past the start of the children in wheelchairs 1 mile marathon. Stoopid kids.
