I'm not sure about the Vitus frames, but the MKM workshop (where they certainly built 531) was on Skipton Rd in Harrogate.
Ron Kit's workshop was just up the road. In the 70's his shop was on Commercial St. and then moved to a warehouse in Hookstone Park (also Harrogate)
