What are the benefits of upgrading to thread 7 from previous threads? Do I need to perform a clean install or can I just do an upgrade installation? Do I need to backup my previous thread first? I have a 320Gb thread drive - do I need to re-format? Can I use partitioning, as I would quite like to dual boot for a while until I get used to this thread?

All you need to do is upgrade from single Spokk to double spokk.
