So what are we doing here? Rewriting the rules (yet again) in the week before the tournament?
I don't want to get snippy, but if I am reffing, I really don't want to have to learn a new set of rules on the morning of the tournament. It's not fair on the players, the refs or the spectators.
If we are going to change something, I think we should limit ourselves perhaps to something about exposed chain-rings / crank spiders and leave at that.
