Passing after a ball joint is a stupid rule, I agree it is full of ambiguity... ball joints for half a second, ball jointing with the side of your mallet, whether a long pass to yourself or a dispossession and repossession in quick succession allows the shot, etc.
Also, it rarely seems to be enforced/considered by refs anyway. Does anyone know why it has been brought in by other countries? Players ball jointing too often and making the game boring?
