• I've cleaned up and rebuilt a number of bikes over the last few weeks and have been left with a lot of junk parts. None are very pretty but all are (just about) in working order. I don't want or need them so they're destined for the bin unless anyone would like them. Please PM if you'd like anything. Collection is from Shadwell, E1.

    1. Shimano drop brake levers. Alright condition, but I think the left one is a little bent.GONE

    2. Unbranded and mismatched double-pull 'suicide' levers. GONE

    3. Crud rear mudguard.GONE

    4. Christophe toe clips for Look pedals. Rusty.

    5. Strapless toe clips with leather covers. Very rusty. GONE

    6. 4 old fashioned saddle clamps.

    7. Threaded 1" headset. Taken off an old Carlton. Works and the bearings seem OK, but the external bits are rusty.

    8. Stronglight (I think) bottom bracket cups. Rusty but OK inside. GONE

    9. 2 Weinmann 810 calipers. Springs seem very loose, but they should be OK.

    10. 2 steel/chrome lamp brackets (does anyone want these anymore??).

    11. Front and rear Maillard skewers. Straight, working, rusty.

    12. Alloy rack - Pletscher copy. The sprung clamps on the top are steel and have rusted.GONE

    13. Straight alloy seatpost, 25.5 I think. Scratches and insertion marks. GONE

    14. 27" Raleigh Supalite skinwall slick racing tyres. I'm not sure about these. The sides are a bit crunchy and there is a very small section on one where the rubber seems to have split and gone through to whatever is beneath, probably from being out in the cold but on the whole they seem to be OK. Probably a little life left in them. GONE

    15. Specialized Roubaix Armadillo 700x25 tyre. Used through the winter, so some cuts and wear but it's virtually bombproof, and there's life left in it.GONE

    16. Schwalbe Blizzard Sport 700x23 tyre. Also used through the winter, so some cuts and wear but there's a little bit of life left in it. GONE

    17. ESGE gold mudguards for 27" wheels. Reasonable condition. I had to cut some of the end off the rear one as it was split, and they're a little grubby, but otherwise they're OK.GONE

    18. Hutchinson 700x25 black slick tyre. Can't remember the model. A little bit of life in it. (unpictured) GONE

I've also got a big bag of five and six speed freewheels. If anyone could find a use for them, let me know.
