White bar tape

*post pictures of the wrapped bar and do tell how thick its or if it feels as spongy soft as e.g. the cinelli cork.

only have an iphone camera at home so no pics yet.
it's on the comfortable side of tape thickness rather than racy thin. it's 2.5mm and they do a thinner 1.8.
it's plenty long enough to wrap it up thick and comes with a bit for the back of the hoods and a thinner strip of the stuff for finishing the ends off.
they sell it in condor and the boxes have a small swatch on the front so you can feel it's spongy tackiness.

i *rases voice might touch it. (and then hope i have the mental strength to resist - 20quid!)

Baby wipes are the way forward (not great for the environment though...). I've had the same white tape (Cinelli) all through winter, and with a good scrub it looks almost new every time.

My white tape doesn't seem to get that dirty at all. The seat on the other hand...

Can safely say that lizard skin white tape will stay white for all of 5 mins. It is nice and spongy though...

I switched to the fizik leather stuff and it stays white, or has done so far.

I believe we have found the secret to keeping bar tape white, just ride no handed...

All you need if its cork tape is a damp cloth and some fairy liquid.

white spirit. It's pretty cheap,restores back to new, dries instantaneously, doesn't corrode tape and smells amazing
