Good times, i can see tramp beers getting launched in the bag for a fun night!

FFS, I took tonight off work specially for this, now I've been called in to cover an ill colleague. Wish I wasn't so broke I could afford to turn it down. I'm out, and annoyed.

I'm not going to be able to go very fast tonight though, as I will either be a) riding on a brand new tyre (hence too much lateral resistance) or b) riding on a bald old tyre (hence too much tangential resistance). And my front wheel is out of true. And my chain needs oil.

I'm worried my hair may be sticking up too much thereby decreasing my aerodynamic properties.

fuck it, Im meant to be at work at 7:30, but ill do this quick then head to work.

Nice evening. It was fun standing at the midpoint--I actually liked it better than either start or finish. Big +1 to Fred (not on forum) for organising rubbish bags and rubbish disposal. Well done to everybody involved in organising!

Thanks to all those who came down to put down a time, cheered/jeered the participants and helped out with things. Particiular thanks to John (lining people up), Kris (spoke cards), the guy who brought the trash bags down and Cliveo (drag sprints street team).

If anyone picked up a pair of fingered cycling gloves this evening, my pair went AWOL somewhere along the line and would be keen to get them back

This was the first lfgss event I have attended, I had a fantastic time, big love to everyone I met, I'll deffo see you at Easts drinks next week....

I had a really good night last night, a bit gutted that I unclipped but you know shit happens. Good seeing everyone and good to see so many people going fast.
