Thanks for the Dutch assistance everyone! I've got a (Dutch) friend to email and ask about postage, so will see what they say, otherwise will see if anyone from the forum can help indeed...

It's something like:
because of too many bikes this bike has to go. Pretty ladies race bike, with front and rear brake, 10 speed. An oldie but always taken good care of.

Translation by Chinkone is correct (you can discuss about the meaning of pretty ladies race bike ;-) )
Nothing about postage, could be too much hassle for the seller since he wants only EUR 30.-
Someone from this area to pick it up and post it would be the best. Also to be quicker than other people who showed interest already.
Maybe Mel (Zieleman), Tom (Tomasito) or someone else around Amsterdam/Haarlem can help you out.
Would be around EUR 35.- according some people, but for sure it wouldn't be more than EUR 50.-
