Selling these bars as in the process of changing my front end from nitto to cinelli.
Bought these bars about 2 months ago, and they have been wrapped in toshi tape since new, so as you can see they are, as new.

I think they are 40, the bars are stamped 400 (see in pics)
and they measure 40cm from centre to centre in width.
so guess they are 40
