Yes. Fairly rare, but not into hen's teeth territory.
Dunno if they're still made, but you could in theory cut some threads into a 1" threadless fork with alu steerer... waits to be proved wrong
Otherwise it's a case of going to a couple of jumbles. I nearly bought a set for the novelty value at a herne hill jumble a while ago. I'd have a close look at them though, I'm not sure how sensible it is to be buying/riding old carbon forks.
