lightweight 56cm f w evans 1970's track frame. no dents or dings. 100 spacing front 120 rear.
drilled front flat crown fork, undrilled rear
Seat post is stuck. Have tried plusgas, half cut it out by lock 7 but still has remnants of seat post in seat tube. I have tried to melt it with caustic soda but no luck. I think the last resort is to burn it out, but I've had enough of it now.
Will need repainting hence £100.
