RLJ Cops at Victoria

Having finally seen one of these in operation in Bloomsbury a couple of weeks ago I cannot actually see how you can get 'caught out'.
Six tit-hatted flouro jackets standing round a set of traffic lights aren't exactly trying to blend into the background.

well.. I got busted a few weeks ago and never seen the coppers, passed the next day and I saw the same coppers past the same lights dishing out tickets and wondered how they did it, passed the next day and the light was green so went through looking to see where he was, ha! the sneeky bastard was hiding around the corner looking over a hedge! then when you went through he radioed his oppo who was further up behind a tree and told him which ones to stop.
