Nice one Joe. I decided to quit last week. Realised on Saturday that i'd run out of fags and decided not to buy any more. Was going great guns till last night when I ponced one off a mate in the pub. But apart from that "blip" I'm doing well. Pretty confident about is this time round. This time, for the first time I actually don't want to smoke any more.
