  • In my experience, they are nice there but know nothing about anything. I've ended up giving advice to their staff before about all kinds of cycling related things. They were friendly, but it all felt a bit wrong. Like shagging your best mate's sister. Or something.

    It was the Chalk Farm Evans. The girl who works there is great (Joanna?), but on that day I got someone else. Lots of delays with mechanic not getting back to me and in the end it was an incorrect assessment. It was out by more than 4mm. The rear wheel sits crooked, rubbing on the frame. Just hacked off as I don't know of any other Bianchi dealer and will most likely have to go back to them... well, another Evans store at least.
