Unless you specifically want a freestyle bike then the Fuji probably has the better/nicer frame.
You'll probably get around to changing all the parts eventually anyway so may as well start with a nicer frame.
Fuji frames always sell quick when they come up second hand so you'd get a bit more of your money back if/when you come to change the frame.
