OK, so it's just what I thought.
And if you look closely, they are 7 marks left from the spacers on the hub too (so probably he used with 8 speed cassette or the 9th cog was protruding above the lockring.
What are my options regarding the cranks and mechs - something late 80/90s apart from Athena and Mirage? Chorus, Record?
Anybody has a groupset?
Or anybody has a spare 9 speed cassette with original evenly spaced splines?
