BMX quill stem & huge ape-hanger bmx bars
some pedals that'll fit in old style 3-piece cranks? I'm not even sure of the measurement.
cheap/used half-link chain
rear canti brakes and any old BMX brake levers you've got, and any black grips!
I'm willing to pay some money and beers for any/all of it, cheap and cheerful innit!
