How not to get your Brooks saddles half inched

On the odd occasions I take my front wheel with me I always think I'm doing it to save the wheel itself. It's never really occurred to me that this may also be the only reason the rest of the bike is still there when I get back! (yes, I'm an idiot)

Yes. I'm increasingly fond of removing bits as it means the bike can't be ridden away.
I've been pondering taking my bar/quill combo with me for longer leavings.
