How not to get your Brooks saddles half inched

I've seen (from your shop), at least 2 track frames with cracks on the seatpost area due to seatpost QR. IMHO it is a really bad idea, on a track bike people have the wrong idea to tighten everything too much, it will very rapidly weaken any frame, and QR clamps on a everyday basis might be pushing it too far.

I wasn't aware we were being specific to lugged steel track frames.

And besides Roberts built my Dad a Dogs Bolx that was steel with a QR seat bolt. No issues there.
