I asked: what resolution do the scans come out as?
she replied: that size, pointing at a print
me: erm right... I'd like to make sure the scan resolution is quite high.
She: well you can print them larger or pay more for hi-res.
ARGGHHH!
It's still worth it, costs 2 pounds and saves the trouble of scanning them yourself (takes a long long time!)
