Should the UK Champs decide the 6 UK teams for the WHBPC?

I've requested the list of interested teams from the leagueofbikepolo.com form.*
Slots could be allocated by that list and let each city sort themselves out.

I'm not keen on ranking by city. I believe this should be the best the uk has to offer, not the best a few different city's have to offer.
