Hi guys, again.
Okay so I don't own a 'fixie' ..But I am looking to get a Single Speed. I am pretty much a retard when It comes to this, but maybe you guys could help. I was thinking of getting this one: http://www.evanscycles.com/products/bianchi/pista-via-condotti-2010-single-speed-road-bike-ec021236 But i can't work out whether it's already fixed or not? It says it's got a Track Hub so I guess maybe that means it is!? I am such a Noob, in so many ways!
