Also, it's technically not even possible to eat you when you're dead. You're only you while you're alive. What remains of you afterwards is only your corpse, and I certainly wouldn't want to eat that. I should stress that I certainly wouldn't want to 'eat' you, i.e. you alive, either. (Cue schoolboy sniggers.) :)
