Hmm £50 seems steep for a ripped one.

I recently bought two VGC Ariones for £40-£45 each.

£20 no way man... nearest offer...c'mon

theres a good chance that it could rip within a couple of rides, which would mean i'd have to re-cover it/sell it for peanuts.

FWIW I think £20 is a good/fair offer.
I bought a Ripped Celeste Fizik Arione last November from this lovely place for £5.
To be fair to your sale, It was slighty worse cosmetically (but on the nose of the saddle so doesn't effect it's ride) and It has lasted on the beater ever since, so they're blatently well made.
But that was a £5 risk. This,......well.
