There is enough on the internet to give you a good idea of gearing, there isn't really a need to start a new thread.
To give you your answer, gearing is really trial and error. I run 46/17 brakeless on 25c tires and I love it, but I've gone through a few different gears before I settled on this one. I'd go with 42/16 if I were you. 42/15 is a bit too hard (in my opinion) and only has 5 skid patches. Bare in mind skid patches if you are going to skid at all because 10+ patches really lengthens the life of the tire. Here is a chart showing gear inches with 32c tires and skid patches.
