Why not stop for two, one hour breaks? If you're not in a rush what's the problem?
1hr stops = proper cool down, harder to get going.
I personally prefer shorter stops and none if I can help it.
I'm flexible with this kinda thing though.
At the moment I have a tendonitis issue to sort first :(
