Mine is clamp on front mech and originally had Super Record groupset. The sticker below the lug on the down tube is "Campione Olimpico, Campione d'Italia 1984" apart from the usual red one incorporated in the Pinarello decal on the seat tube (about the Italian and European Championships 1981).
