For Sale: Pennine 531 Frame & 165mm crankset - very small

Morning all, thought I'd offer this up here seeing as none of the local bods from the Bristol forum are interested.

Pennine 531 lugged steel frame – 19″ ctc seat and 20 1/2″ ctc top. Orange colour finish in reasonable nick but needs a little cleaning up. The lug lining looks like it was done by ray charles if inspected up close (it's on the outside of the lugs which is a Pennine trademark) but looks good at 'stand back and admire' distance. Was going to build this up for the missus but we're off touring around Europe for three months so have decided to clear out as much as possible to reduce storage costs.

Ideal fixed conversion:
120mm rear spacing
Loooong forward-facing horizontal dropoouts for loads of adjustment - with no ugly derailleur mounting tab!

165mm chainset fitted (inner ring can be un-bolted from the 44t outer) giving a 42mm chainline (old fashion cup'n'cone BB needs greasing, maybe new bearings or you can just replace with a sealed unit)
Takes 700c wheels with standard drop calipers (drop is about 45mm), nut fitting but it'd be easy enough to drill the fork out to fit a modern recessed bolt jobbie
Has clearance and braze-ons for full mudguards

If I can find the original brakes (I know i have the front, it's just the rear I'm not sure of) then I'll throw them in too. If there's any other odds and sods that you think you might need then check with me as it's easy enough to chuck bits in when posting a frame!
