Help needed with electrical problem

IMHO resale value would potentially drop if you got rid of the storage heater instead of just replacing the time clock or element as the purchaser might like baths as well as showers. I've no idea what has blown on the heater and I'm away for a month so can't help but get it properly checked out.

Thanks bigben, I'd not considered the bath.
I don't use it but I can see that someone else would want it.
It might only be the timing module that has gone but I'd need someone to look at it. I just saw the oppurtunity to reclaim a massive amount of kitchen space taken up by a stupid boiler.

Anyone on here a boiler specialist?
