So, what are you saying? Was it a problem? NO, it was only a problem for people who just HAVE to have something to moan/bitch/whinge about.
And two people kicked up a big fuss about it, asking this question over and over and over, do more teams want to enter? Not one team stood up and wanted to enter, so the whole critical point you're trying to make is weak.
