So might be up for extending/riding for a few more days if you're keen as got to be in Copenhagen to start my course on 1st September so will be a bit too tight at end of august.

what you want to cycle to cornwall all the way?
Whether or not Brighton is a success over the next weekend waits to be seen yet, but I am already thinking ahead to the may bank holidays.
In order to keep my old man (NB: not CrackFox) happy I am required to return home twice a year (there's a 3 tonne dumper involved that I want to inherit) and was planning on doing this either the bank holiday of the 1st-3rd May or 8th-10th May.
I was planning on either
a)getting the train down to Plymouth/St Austell and then Cycling to Praa Sands over 2 days, taking it nice and easy, with pub stops, pasties and the optional night sleeping in a cemetry/ruined tin mine
OR
b)getting the train to Penzance and doing 2 nice day circuits out from praa sands taking in places like St Ives, Mousehole, Newlyn, Men-an-Tol, Chysauster, Mullion, Helford, Falmouth etc...
There is also plenty of crazy cornish stuff going on this time of the year as well....

yes we cornish truly know how to have a good time...?
Anyone wanna tag a long? obviously should be able to offer accomodation and board, so only really train costs, and if we book ahead it's usually no more than £50.
